During the Covid-19 pandemic, Probate Court 2 is
accepting unsworn declarations in lieu of notarized signatures for the
following documents: Oaths of Executors; Oaths of Administrators; Proof Of
Death and Other Facts; Witness statements for Estates; Witness statements
for Heirships; Inventories, Annual Reports and Annual Accounts.
Probate Court No. 2 will be conducting bench trials remotely via zoom. Please note that due to the resurgence of Covid-19, Jury Trials scheduled through October 31, 2021 have been cancelled. If you prefer to keep your current trial setting, the court is willing to conduct a bench trial, if the lawyers are willing to waive their jury request.
