During the Covid-19 pandemic, Probate Court 2 is
accepting unsworn declarations in lieu of notarized signatures for the
following documents: Oaths of Executors; Oaths of Administrators; Proof Of
Death and Other Facts; Witness statements for Estates; Witness statements
for Heirships; Inventories, Annual Reports and Annual Accounts.
Probate Court No. 2 will be conducting bench trials remotely via zoom. Please note that due to the pandemic, Jury Trials for the months of July and August are cancelled. If you had a jury trial scheduled for August or September and prefer to have a bench trial in lieu of having your trial reset, please contact Yolanda Lopez.
